On the 15th day after you subscribe, we automatically charge the plan you chose, plus 23% VAT, to the card you gave at the start. If you cancel in Billing before then, you pay nothing.

Yes. After you confirm your email, you add a card on Stripe's secure page. Stripe checks the card without charging it, and the 14 days are free. Without a card you can't enter the workspace. If you only want to see how it works, the demo at /demo needs no card and no account.

Yes. Each business is its own database, with its own brand and its own people. That is why your data never sits next to anyone else's.

They are available as add-ons, switched on per business. What isn't switched on doesn't appear in the navigation and doesn't answer on the API — it is refused on the server, not hidden in the menu.

You can move up or down. Moving down hides the modules that leave, but the data already there stays yours and comes out whole in the export.

The next one you create is refused on the spot, with a message naming your plan's limit. No surprise overage charge and nothing quietly deleted: either you move up a plan, or you stay where you are.

On the plans that have an annual price, a year costs the same as ten months. The top plan doesn't have one yet — until it does, the page says so instead of inventing a discount.

They are billed on top of the plan and switched on per business, each with its own price — from €12 to €44 a month, and none costs as much as moving up a plan. Modules that a higher plan includes come with that plan — upgrade to get them, they aren't bought separately. Modules outside every plan are bought one by one, from the billing page of your own account, at the price shown; Advanced Permissions Control, which opens the per-role permission matrix, is switched on from the team page.
