Arrivals and departures, room inventory, rate plans, the guest folio, the end-of-day close and the returns the state asks for. Built as a front desk, not as a CRM with rooms.
The same day, hour by hour, on the screens that are already switched on.
Who arrives today, who leaves, who is in house. Rooms are assigned from the ones free and of the right type, not from a list someone keeps.
Extras, restaurant and tourist tax post to the guest's folio as they happen. The balance is added up on the server, never in the browser at the desk.
Check-out is blocked while the folio is unsettled. It is not a warning you can click past.
The night audit demands a preview before it runs, shows what it is about to do, and then cannot be undone. As a close should be.
What opens on day one
Every plan arrives with this trade's essentials already switched on. The plans stack: Business carries everything Starter carries, plus its own.

This trade's paperwork
The legal compliance module is active out of the box in this business.
Built from what the guest filled in at check-in, with a preview before exporting.
Nights and arrivals per month, per establishment, in the format the institute asks for.
Posted to the folio at check-in, with exemptions and each municipality's night cap.
The SIBA file comes out of here ready; uploading it to the portal is still your job, by hand. Automatic submission needs access we don't have yet, and we are not going to write that it is done.
From the same catalogue that provisions real clients. Grouped by plan: what comes with Starter, what Business adds, what Agency adds — and, at the end, what is bought separately.
The ones that come up in every first conversation. If one is missing, ask — it ends up here.
It is a PMS. Front desk, inventory, rates, folios and night audit are modules here, not integrations with something else.
Portal bookings come in by iCal, a calendar per room type: they arrive marked as paid at the portal, so the folio never charges them again. iCal carries no rate and no guest details — the night is recorded at zero — and the certified, per-portal API link still waits on their approval.
Each property is a branch inside the same client, with its own inventory and reports, and the owner sees the whole.
