A working day

The same day, hour by hour, on the screens that are already switched on.

  1. 01

    The order comes in

Booked by you, requested by the client, or born on its own from the check-out of a rental you also manage.

  2. 02

    You assign the crew

Who is free, on which shift, at what time. Whatever is unassigned is in plain sight, not hidden in a spreadsheet.

  3. 03

    The route groups by area

The day's stops organise by area, not by the order the requests arrived in.

  4. 04

    It closes with evidence

The order is completed on site, leaving a record of who, when, and the state it was left in.

What opens on day one

Cleaning

Every plan arrives with this trade's essentials already switched on. The plans stack: Business carries everything Starter carries, plus its own.

The whole catalogue for this trade

From the same catalogue that provisions real clients. Grouped by plan: what comes with Starter, what Business adds, what Agency adds — and, at the end, what is bought separately.

Questions from people who run this

The ones that come up in every first conversation. If one is missing, ask — it ends up here.

Do crews use this on a phone?

Yes. The application installs as an app on the phone and the day's orders open without going near a computer.

I also manage short-term rentals.

Then you probably want both businesses on one account: the guest's checkout in one creates the cleaning order in the other.

Do staff see what I invoice?

Not out of the box. Invoicing is hidden from the staff role, and you can adjust module by module what each role reaches.
