Christopher Cabrita works out of Alvor, sells across the Algarve and films property wherever it stands. Those are two trades with different limits, and the site is built so that anyone arriving can tell at once which one they need: selling with him, or hiring the camera alone.
Each property he represents has a page of its own, with the reference in view for anyone who phones. The photographs are his, and the page shows only what he gave: what was not given does not appear, rather than leaving an empty line.
English is served at the root of the domain, and Portuguese, French and Spanish sit at /pt, /fr and /es, with the same paths in all four. Contact is direct, by email, phone, WhatsApp or the form, and a visitor who refuses cookies loses nothing on the site.
How it works, in three pieces
- Two doors, and the limit written down
- The services page separates "Sell your property", which is in the Algarve and Portugal, from "Have your property filmed", which is Europe and worldwide. The sentence saying he lists and sells in Portugal and that the camera travels exists to limit the promise rather than inflate it: selling in another country is another activity, and the site does not advertise it.
- Only what was given
- Each property comes from a single list holding name, locality, reference, price and photographs, and the page shows only the fields that exist. With no land area there is no area line; with no photographs the page says so and tells you to ask, rather than putting a borrowed image in its place.
- The same page, in another language
- Switching language lands on the same page, not on the front door. The paths are identical in all four languages, so the same page changes language by prefix alone, and every page declares its language alternatives to search engines.
