Buyers of building services are not buying equipment, they are buying uptime: a hotel with the air conditioning down in August has a problem measured in rooms sold. The site opens there, and the main path is not a generic contact form — it is a request for an audit of the installation.

The request collects the type of building and what is installed in it before asking for a contact, so that the reply can be concrete instead of a request for more information.

Each sector's content lives in MDX and only enters the navigation once it exists in that language — no menu entries pointing at pages nobody has written.

How it works, in three pieces

Each language has its own addresses
The path is translated along with the page — /servicos, /services, /servicios — and the published canonical and hreflang point at the translated address, not at one that redirects. Switching language leaves the reader on the same page, at the address of the language they ended up in.
An audit request, not a contact form
Four steps that ask the sector, the size of the operation and how many buildings, whether a maintenance contract is already in place, how often things break down, and how soon the need is. Contact details come last, along with the channel the person would rather be reached on — phone, email or WhatsApp.
Project sheets with the result as a number
Every published job carries client, place, year, what was installed and one metric with a value — the fourteen units at Veram Apartments, in Faro. A job still under way goes in marked provisional and the page says so, instead of presenting it with the same weight as a finished one.

The audit request's second step asks how many units and how many buildings there are, before anything is asked about contact details.

The third step asks whether a maintenance contract is in place, how often things break down and when work is needed. Contact details wait for the next step.

A project sheet with one number

The sheet for Veram Apartments, in Faro, lists what was installed and ends on one figure: 14 units with electrical and climate control work done. The duration reads "Ongoing".
